How to Use

• Use once a week depending on exfoliating needs. Soaking, steaming and softening the skin WELL is the key to a successful and deep exfoliation.
• Start by softening your skin using shower steam or soaking in the tub. Use only water, no products or oils.
• Dampen & wring out your mitt before inserting into your hand.
• Using small circles or back and forth strokes, exfoliate one section at a time. Increase the pressure slowly until you get that deep exfoliation you are comfortable with.
• Follow it up with your favourite moisturizer.
• Hand wash your mitt and let it air dry between uses.
